CIRIA C753 SuDS-compatible perforated rings for infiltration, sealed-base chambers for attenuation and inspection. Cast in C40/50 concrete to BS 8500-1:2023, manufactured to harmonised BS EN standards. Catalogue lead time 2–3 weeks.
A 1800 mm DN (5'11") soakaway chamber to BS 5911-3 with perforated rings sized to the BRE Digest 365 percolation test infiltrates the design storm into the surrounding granular surround, satisfying CIRIA C753 SuDS source-control criteria.
Sealed-base inspection chambers, perforated soakaway rings, attenuation storage — full chamber stack engineered to your long section. D400 covers supplied as standard; F900 on request.

What standard do your chambers meet? +
BS 5911-3:2014+A1:2015 — concrete pipes and ancillary products, manholes and inspection chambers. We supply chambers from 900mm to 3000mm internal diameter (2ft11in to 9ft10in), in 250mm and 500mm chamber-ring depths (10in and 1ft8in), with sealed or perforated bases. Cast in C40/50 concrete to BS 8500-1:2023, manufactured under factory production control to BS EN 13369. Conformity documentation available on request.
Are they SuDS-compatible? +
Yes — perforated soakaway chambers form the source-control infiltration component of SuDS systems and meet CIRIA C753 SuDS Manual requirements. Sealed-base attenuation chambers serve as storage with a controlled outflow device (Hydro-Brake or orifice plate). We will work the soakaway sizing back from your runoff calc and BRE Digest 365 percolation test.
How deep can you go? +
Standard catalogue depth is 1m to 6m (3ft3in to 19ft8in) for the 1200mm DN, up to 8m (26ft3in) for the 1500mm DN. Deeper chambers and benched-base manholes are cast on request — send the long section with invert levels and we will engineer the chamber stack with the right step-iron and ladder pattern under BS 5911-3 person-entry rules.
Do you supply the cover and frame? +
Yes — D400 ductile-iron covers and frames to BS EN 124 are supplied with the chamber as a complete package. Specify the location (carriageway, footway, off-road) and we will match the loading class. For HGV-yard and port-side use we supply F900-rated covers on request.
What is the lead time? +
Catalogue 900mm to 1500mm DN chambers ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Bespoke depths, soakaway perforations and 2400mm-plus diameters run 4 to 6 weeks. Adoption-grade orders are scheduled around your S104 sign-off date — give us the works programme early.
