What we supply

Tank panels

Prestressed precast wall panels. Up to 6.096 m (20ft) standard panel length, manufactured in compliance with applicable British Standards. Tell us the exposure your engineer has specified and we will confirm the mix when we quote.

Slurry & digestate channels

Precast channel sections, slats and covers for digestate handling. Cover loadings sized to suit yard traffic.

Retaining walls

L-blocks, T-blocks and cantilever retaining walls for feedstock bays, push walls and clamp areas. Surcharge-rated to your engineer's schedule.

Hardstanding bases

Heavy-duty precast hardstanding for separator units, pump skids and CHP enclosures. Levelled to manufacturer template.

The Chilsworthy yard sits alongside the Holsworthy Biogas Plant. Digestate one side of the fence, precast concrete the other — so AD sites are familiar ground for us.

We don't just supply the AD industry. We live next to it. That informs every specification we quote — corrosion exposure, traffic loadings, hatch detailing, deck tolerances.
