Standards & conformity statements
Every panel WCCP casts is made to a standard. This page lists each one — request the conformity statement for any of them by email, the same paperwork that can accompany the engineer's pack on request.
Conformity register · 7 statements
Statements below reference the latest published edition of each standard.
Need a product-specific DoP or DoC? Where a product is supplied under a harmonised standard, a Declaration-of-Performance or Declaration-of-Conformity is available on request. Email standards@wccp.co.uk with the product code, the project reference and (where relevant) the load number and we'll come back with what applies.

Anatomy of a Declaration of Performance
Under the Construction Products Regulation a Declaration of Performance is a tightly defined document. Where a product is supplied under a harmonised standard, the DoP carries the same standard-template fields so a procurement officer, a building-control inspector or a tier-1 QS finds the same information in the same place.
Field 1
Product type and unique identification code
The WCCP product reference, the cast date and the unique panel ID.
Field 2
Manufacturer name and registered address
West Country Concrete Products Ltd, Holsworthy yard — full registered address and CRN.
Field 3
Intended use of the construction product
The duty the panel is declared for — agricultural, structural, retaining, liquid containment.
Field 4
Harmonised standard reference
The hEN the product is declared against (e.g. BS EN 14992, BS EN 14844), with edition and amendment.
Field 5
Declared performance characteristics
Strength class, fire resistance, durability, dangerous-substances declaration — each against the hEN clause.
Field 6
AVCP system and notified-body number
Assessment and Verification of Constancy of Performance — the AVCP system that applies to the product (e.g. System 2+ for prestressed elements), with the notified-body identifier where one is required.
Field 7
Factory production control reference
FPC system to BS EN 13369, audit certificate number and date of last surveillance.
Field 8
Signed authorisation and date
Signed by the WCCP technical authority on behalf of the manufacturer, dated and traceable.
How it ships
On request, a WCCP delivery can be supplied with a single PDF pack referencing the relevant statements above. Inside: the conformity documentation, the structural calc, the BS 8500 mix certificate, the cube-test record and the dimensional check. Stamped, dated, signed.
Batch records are kept on file and available on request. Building Control, QS or main-contractor procurement: ask for the load reference and the pack drops in your inbox.
Where a WCCP product is covered by a harmonised standard, a declaration of performance is available on request. Engineers, QSs and procurement officers — ring up and we'll talk you through the pack.
