Process

Four steps from sketch to site.

No mystery. No drawing fees on jobs that go ahead. A fixed price once we have seen the drawing.

Drawing

You send a sketch, photo or full GA. We send back our take, with a fixed price and lead-time.

Mould

We build the mould in our pattern shop — timber, steel or polyurethane depending on cast count and finish.

Cast

Cast in C40/50 under factory production control, in compliance with applicable British Standards. Smooth, textured or tamped finishes as standard; anything else we sample with you first.

Deliver

Delivered to your site by artic or rigid lorry, with a low-loader for oversized loads. You arrange unloading: forklift, telehandler or crane on site.
