The units are designed to make VMS installation much easier and faster.
Features:
- Integrated V shape channel, sump and drainage pipework
- Integrated drain gully on clean room side runs into sump
- Push fit socket connections for 110mm soil pipe to 3 sides gives flexibility for drain connection
- 50mm waste connector on cleanroom side for machine washout connection runs into V shaped channel and sump
- Drain gully also functions as a guide for finishing the for clean room floor at 300mm below floor level outside
- VMS machine is fixed to surface 75mm below floor level outside to keep floor of machine level with floor outside
- Raised edge is offset from edge of machine on cow shed side to allow easy fixing of machine base with angle brackets
- Once the VMS machine is fixed in place the gap between the machine and the edge can be grouted in
